5. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped from our logistics partner in China.
Standard shipping costs are included in the product price and will not be charged separately at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Any customs duties or import taxes that may be required by local authorities in the destination country are included in the final purchase price, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site.
7. Warranty and Defects Policy (Legal Guarantee)
The warranty for Products is governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including LED Ball malfunction or charging issues), you must contact us immediately at info@ballontop.com, including your order number and supporting photos.
Shipping Damage Notification Period:
Visible damage resulting from transit must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order for processing.
Process:
If the defect is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
8. Returns and Withdrawal Policy (Change of Mind)
We offer a flexible return policy of 14 days from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition (unused, complete with all components, and in unopened, sealed packaging).
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Return shipping costs are covered by Ball On Top, provided the return complies with the conditions set out in this policy.
Refund:
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and software—is owned by Ball On Top Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ball On Top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

Global Consumer Exception:
