Each Ball On Top pack includes everything you need to celebrate your team’s goals in style. Inside the box, you’ll find the B.O.T. Cap, a customized LED cap designed with your team’s official colors and logo. You’ll also get the LED Ball, a rechargeable light-up ball that makes every goal celebration special, and the B.O.T. Stick, a handheld holder you can use during parties or to display your LED Ball when it’s not on the cap.Every item in the pack is officially licensed merchandise, certified by the clubs, so you know you’re getting authentic, top-quality gear that supports your team.
It varies from club to club. For safety reasons, some clubs don’t allow Ball On Top products inside the stadium. You can always enjoy them at home, in sports bars, with fan clubs, or during private celebrations: anywhere you want to light up the room with your team spirit.
The LED Ball is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, so you never have to worry about disposable batteries. To charge it, simply use any standard Type C cable that fits the LED Ball’s charging port — the cable isn’t included so you can use one you already have at home. Plug it into a Type C power source, such as a wall adapter, computer, or power bank. A full charge usually takes around two hours and gives you several hours of continuous light. While charging, a red light will turn on, and then when it reaches full charge, the red light will change to green.
Once it’s charged, just press the power button and place the LED Ball inside the B.O.T. Cap or on the B.O.T. Stick to bring your celebrations to life.

Use and Care
Before washing your cap, make sure to remove the LED Ball and B.O.T. Stick. Hand-wash the cap in cold water with a mild detergent, then let it air dry naturally. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage both the fabric and the electronics.

If your LED Ball isn’t turning on, the first step is to make sure it’s fully charged. If it still doesn’t work, try holding down the power button for five seconds to reset it. If it continues to have issues, send an email to info@ballontop.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Our team will help you troubleshoot and, if necessary, arrange a replacement under the Ball On Top warranty.

Warranty, Returns, and Support
Every Ball On Top product comes with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. This covers manufacturing defects, problems with the LED Ball, and any charging issues. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through our official channels. If you need to make a claim, simply email us at info@ballontop.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo or video.
Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps. If the claim is approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as needed. We take great care to check every Ball On Top product before it leaves the factory, so it’s very unlikely that it will arrive damaged or defective. But if it does, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Please email info@ballontop.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will review your case and make sure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, always within 30 days.
If you’d like to return a product, simply email us at info@ballontop.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if helpful, a few photos. Our team will reply with clear instructions so the process is smooth and easy. If the product is defective, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
You can return your Ball On Top product within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all components included and in unopened, sealed packaging. If you’ve simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or a different team version, you can return your original item and place a new order through our Shop. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund so you can go ahead and grab the product you want.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re sending something back, you’ll need to cover the shipping fee.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the product. Depending on your bank, it may take another few days for the funds to appear in your account.
